CityTeam San Jose brings immediate help and lasting solutions to thousands of men, women, and children struggling with food insecurity, homelessness, domestic violence, and other life disabling circumstances and behaviors. Whether it is through our many neighborhood food pantries, the hot meals served fresh every day of the week, our numerous transitional housing programs with supportive services, or spiritual care programs, CityTeam equips and mobilizes thousands of volunteers each year to lovingly care for our neighbors in need.
