Miranda began providing care in the community 22 years ago after working for a similar style agency in the United Kingdom. She introduced the concept here in 1999, becoming one of the first private homecare agencies in the country with a vision of setting the standard in home based care. Miranda has been proactive in ensuring Carers are recognized and valued for their work and has spoken at conferences nationally and internationally on the future of this industry and its workforce.
